Four pieces of CRM 112a have now arrived. We will use some of this natural uranium as one of the ingredients for the 'age solutions' and the other pieces will be precisely/accurately weighed, with Ames Th crystal bar (below), to produce the gravimetric reference solutions against which we will calibrate our U-Th tracers.
